Abstract
The mission of OTA(Office of Teacher Advancement) of Capital University of Economics and Business is to advance comprehensive teaching,research and physical and mental health of its faculty.OTA of Capital University of Economics and Business is established in the process of implementation of university development planning and faculty career planning,it benefited from the selfless help of OTA of University of Toronto, got the important enlightenment from four universities of Hong Kong.OTA of Capital University of Economics and Business has gone through a process from import to innovation,it has the following four features:teachers advancement work closely related with faculty career planning,university professors of human resource management playing a full role in teacher advancement work,fully advance teaching and research,volunteer system innovation. These four characteristics may be the first in mainland China.
