Abstract
In western developed countries of America,Europe and so on,the development of family farm has greatly promoted the agricultural scale and professional management. The common experience of the family farm of the developed countries is effective land system,complete agricultural socialization service system,professional production and management,and high quality professional talents. The United States and Canada have rich agricultural resources and their family farms have the features such as big scale and regional specialization. France has common agricultural resources, her family farm development mainly depends on appropriate business management system, specialization production and governmental support. Denmark and Israel are short of agricultural resources and their family farm development chiefly relies on big support from their government policy and scientific and technological innovation and development. Under the new normality of economic development,China should increase policy support for agriculture, deepen rural land system reform, set up and perfect agricultural socialization service system,accelerate cultivation of modern agricultural talents with high quality,manage agriculture with appropriate scale and with specialized and ecological development in order to boost sustainable development of China's family farms.
