Abstract
By using the method of literature review and interview,this paper makes study on tennis coaches trai ning and certification system between China and Canada.The result shows that independent of tennis association,which composed of federal,provincial government and coaches association responsible for coach training and certification system is the biggest characteristic of Canadian macro management.Professor object to the individual needs and age for the training class divide,according to the restrictive technical level access threshold,the coaches of the incentive mechanism of training and coaching again outstanding and business ability training content is Canada tennis coaches training certification system characteristics.In addition,China coaches training and certification in management technology,training course system are in urgent need of improvement.It suggests that tennis departments shall be based on the long-term development of project,coaching undertake unity deployment and planning and to establish a modern technology as the foundation of modern management system.
