Analysis on the results of the blood pressure measure at the first visit among community residents in Shiyan,Hubei Province
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To investigate the present blood pressure status of community residents at the first physician visit in cities and towns in Shiyan,Hubei Province, and to analyze the distribution of abnormal blood pressure and its possible causes, with a view of providing scientific evidence for developing relevant intervention measures. Methods Among the blood pressure test results at the first physician visit at a medical service station, the abnormal blood pressure test results were analyzed for different gender and age groups. Results Among the 5333 sampled residents, the overall percentage of abnormal blood pressure was 23.01%,29.85% for males and 16.18% for females, and the male-female ratio was 1.84∶[KG-*2/5]1(P0.01).Among males aged from 18 to 30,the incidence of both SBP and DBP abnormity(19.56%),that of mere SBP abnormity(19.56%),and that of mere DBP abnormity(21.74%) were all much higher than other age groups.Among males, both SBP and DBP abnormity and mere DBP abnormity decreased with age,and mere SBP abnormity increased with age.Compared with males, both SBP and DBP abnormity and mere SBP abnormity or mere DBP abnormity tended to increase with age among females(P0.05).Conclusion Cases of abnormal high blood pressure claimed over one quarter of the residents surveyed at the community medical service station. The prevention and control of high blood pressure should be based at community medical organizations and employ different forms and media should be chosen to effectively publicize and popularize the relevant knowledge of high blood pressure prevention and treatment,so as to improve the community residents' skills to prevent and control high blood pressure.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
