Abstract
In order to lower cost of buried pipe engineering,using simulation test installation a filter structure of buried PVC pipe with double partitions and wave vein for water drainage was researched in laboratory.The test shows that the cavity rate 1.6%could meet the requirement of water drainage in low permeability medium,the thickness of sandy gravel filter is not less than 4.5,It is suitable that 9～12thickness of sandy gravel filter should be adopted in productive practice.
