Abstract
China′s economy appears a series of positive changes during the first quarter of 2003. China is stepping into a new round of economic growth. However, the following severe situation of SARS brings many uncertainties to China′s economy. This paper analyses the long- and intermediate-term trend of China′s economic development and problems existing in the present economy and discusses choice of China's monetary policy.
