Analysis on Path and Genetic Parameters in Elite Seeds and Fruits Character Indexes of Pistacia chinensis Burne
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Pistacia chinensis Burne is one of the important energy-oriented species, the analysis on path and genetic parameters in elite seeds and fruits character indexes had important significance to improve and select varieties. The genetic correlation coefficient of fruit width, fruit thickness with single fruit weight was 0.8296 and 0.7999 respectively;heritability variance of seeds length, seeds width and fruits width was 0.0036,0.0031 and 0.0029 respectively. The width of fruits and seeds had great contribution to single fruit weight. The direct genetic path coefficient of seeds width and seeds length was positive effects, fruit length, fruit thickness and seeds width had positive genetic effect to single fruit weight through fruit width and seed length. The heritability of green grain rate, single fruit weight and single seed weight was 0.963,0.989 and 0.995 respectively. The relative genetic gain of fruit weight/ear,the kernel rate and single kernel weight was 105.55%,53.59% and 56.82% respectively. The direct selection for seed and fruit characters was better than fruit weight/ear through the comparison of those indexes.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
