It is an important way to guarantee migrant workers'right of occupational safety that we should strengthen the publicity of employers'and migrant workers'occupational health and safety consciousness and technical ability through the special eudcation.We should face up to related problems in current education and training and learn actively the successful education experience about the public legal education idea from the People's Law School of Canada,changing education concept,improving education mode and optimizing education effects to promote peasant workers'occupational health and safety education.
