Abstract
In the period of the republic of China,the social education of shaanxi has developed greatly.It can generally be divided into three periods:germination and trial period,generalization and prospect period and declining and ceasing period.The content of the social education of shaanxi in this period is various and rich.The social education with the nature of new democracy in Anti-war period was flourishing,which formed a clear distinguish with the social education in the region of Guo Ming Dang in shaanxi.However,there was disagreement between the legal right of social educational department in charge and the facts.Party education is stronger than the other provinces.The social education of shaanxi in the Republic of China was just a fleeting show,its function was very limited.
