Application of SSR Marker Technique to Purity Testing of Hybrid True Patato Seed

Abstract
In this study, Hybrid true potato seeds B16,B19 and B20 that they were harvested in 2003 by the Institute of Kunming Agriculture Science and their parents CIP 004(♂)、CIP 008(B16♀)、CIP 009(B19♀) and CIP 010(B20♀)were used as experimental material to examine their purities via SSR. 9 SSR primer pairs were screened to search for the SSR loci that are suitable for testing the purity of hybrid true potato seed, The results are as follows:Purity of hybrid true potato seed was tested via SSR,we choosed that primers,which were STM 002 and STM 009,were fit for purity testing of hybrid true potato seed.We estimated that purity of B16、B19、B20 is respectively 86%、90%、85%.
