Abstract
This study proposes that the British Government, having taken lesson from the American Revolution after the independence of America, adjusted colonial police promptly, abanded the old Mercantilist Colonial police, and consolidated British Colonial rule in India and Canada. British North American Colonial and India together constituted the core of the Second of British Empire. The British policy to the two Colonies actual represented the British Empire Police in this period. British policy in India became the model of ruling the aboriginal colonies, while the new policy in Canada established the system of ruling the non-English European colonies. The adjustment of British Empire policy in this period began the new liberalism colonial policy, founded the basis of the development of British Empire.
