Abstract
To find fine strains to ferment swine blood,by filtering the fermentable blood meal strains,we have obtained some strain B60 which grow bloomingly on culture medium and its protease activity are superior.Quality of B60 strains fermenting swine blood meal showed that protein of blood meal decreased 44.8% while N of amino in blood meal increased 8.25 times,soluble protein of blood meal increased 190%.All indicate that B60 is a fine strain to ferment swine blood.
