Abstract
There are some problems existed in the North bay information construction of economic zone: lack of general planning because of government's inadequate understanding of information construction;information construction with poor standard resulting in information industry short of competition;no unite technology standard system and legal policy environment unimproved;seriously lack of high-quality talents for information construction.In the case of the problems,information construction strategy has been proposed: fully bringing the regional advantage into play and uniting planning;giving priority to develop information industry;reinforcing information construction;and introducing and cultivating high-quality talents with great effort and building new mechanism for it.
