Abstract
Germination and seedling growth has been tested by soaking melon seeds using different Ca2 +,SA and ABA respectively.The results indicated that Germination ability was not promoted while seedlings were done by soaking melon.From strong to weak,the aftereffect was Ca2 +,SA,ABA.Growth of seedlings were promoted using 10-30 mmol / L Ca2 + Concentration,especially when 20-25 mmol / L Ca2 + Concentration treated seeds was the optimum condition.0.05-0.2 mmol / L SA had the function of increasing the growth of melon seedlings.But ABA had a little good effect on seedlings.
