Abstract
This test on transgenic rice and hybrid rice under salt stress in the germination percentage,amylase,superoxide dismutase,nitrate reductase,catalase and peroxidase six physiological and biochemical index of the dynamic changes of comparative study,and the results showed that:(1)hybrid rice germination percentage drop with stress concentration significantly rise,transgenic rice germination percentage was affected weakly;(2)in the germination process,with the stress concentration rise,amylase and hydrogen peroxide enzyme activity were significantly decreased,nitrate reductase activity performance first increased and then drop;(3)under salt stress,superoxide dismutase and catalase activity in transgenic rice show more sensitive,Amylase and nitrate reductase activity and germination rate was more sensitive in hybrid rice.
