Abstract
Objective: The development prescription review work,the promotion applies drugs reasonably.Methods: Spot-checks stochastically in 2008 the 1rd quarter outpatient service and in hospital prescription each 1000,carries on the statistical review.Results: Outpatient service prescription fraction defective 16%;In hospital prescription fraction defective 7.9%.Conclusion: My courtyard antibiotics amount used is big,the scale is high,the ultra scope medication,for the medicament quantity,the time-gap,the treatment course is not correct,unreasonable preventive use antibiotics.
