Abstract
This paper studies the competitive relationship between the information technology outsourcing providers, assuming that information technology outsourcing provider competitive factors, on the basis of investigation and research to obtain a large amount of data. The empirical study finds the conclusion through the quantitative model: the higher of information technology outsourcing provider application level, the higher of information resources organization and management level, the higher of efficiency of management, the higher of talent introduction of investment, the greater the process control ability stronger, and the higher the brand awareness, the more competitive an information technology outsourcing provider is.
