Abstract
In view of the new situation and new challenges of grid economic operation in the current economic environment,this paper introduces the basic conception and the basic characteristics of grid economic operation.The basic characteristics of economic crisis are summed up.The effects of economic conditions in the 4th quarter of 2008 on grid economic operation are analyzed.Based on this,the trend of economic enviroment change is further predicted,corresponding measures are provided.At last,the corresponding prospects of grid economic operation are previewed.
