Abstract
With the raise of historic task named Construction of Socialist New Countryside,the rural development policy modulation of China has been emphasized on. Many member countries of OECD have ever done such task of rural policy modulation aimed to adjust to the change of the situation both national and international,which can be used as reference by us to some extent as China is also implementing the system of market economy. In this paper,we sum up the experience of rural development policy modulation across OECD countries,and introduce two countries' unique experience,Canada and Sweden. In the end,we pose some suggestion for the current Construction of Socialist New Countryside,taking the situation of China into account.
