Abstract
The denitration system in the 410t/h boiler of the No.4 of the heat and power plant of a certain petroleumchemical company in Urumchi is reconstructed. The burner is reformed into the low NOx burner(LNB) by adopting LNB+SCR.The SCR denitration reactor is disposed between coal-saver and air pre-heater of the boiler. By adopting high temperature and high dust disposal mode and optimizing SCR reactor steel structure as well as mitigating bracket load of the steel structure, the NOx emission concentrations in exit flue gas meet 100mg/Nm3 of the emission limit value of the international standard.
