EXPRESSION AND CHANGE OF GDNF IN THE NEURONS OF L_(4-6) DRG AFTER SCIATIC NERVE INJURY IN RAT
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective In order to investigate the localization of GDNF in the L\-\{4\|6\} DRG neurons of adult rat after crushing the right sciatic nerve. Methods The anti\|GDNF ABC immunohistochemical staining technique and image analysis method were used on the L\-\{4\|6\} DRG neurons of adult rat 1d,3d,5d,7d,10d,14d,28d and 56d after crushing the right sciatic nerve respectively. Results The positive GDNF immunoreactivity was present in the neurons of L\-\{4\|6\} DRG 1d,3d,5d,7d,10d,14d,28d and 56d after crushing the right sciatic nerve.Image analysis demonstrated that the optical densities of the right DRG neurons during 1 to 7 days post injury were higher than that in the left. Conclusions The present results suggested that GDNF existed in the sensory neurons of L\-\{4\|6\} DRG of adult rat.The expression of GDNF by the right DRG neurons was increased in the first week after crushing the right sciatic nerve.\;

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
