Abstract
Responses of different scab-resistant wheat cultivars to crude toxin in seedling growth and root membrane permeability were studied.The results showed that identifying resistance of wheat cultivars to scab in crude toxin was effected significantly by seed vigor.The identification in toxin by selecting the seeds which had the same radicle emergence could exclude the effect of difference in seed vigor,and the inhibition rates of seedling growth indexes of the cultivars with higher scab-resistance were less.If the concentration of crude toxin and the time of treatment were fitting,the root membrane permeability of the cultivars with higher resistance was lower.
