Abstract
This article studied the implementation of The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemical(GHS) in Japan,European Union,USA and Canada,analysed and summarized the practice that these developed counties have done in the implementation of GHS.With the action of implementation GHS in developing countries,we can learn from their experience to implementation of GHS in our country:Establishment of the inter-ministerial committee;Gap analysis between the GHS and current Chinese laws,and evaluating the viable of GHS implementation;Development of the GHS guidance document;Make use of the Building block approach in reason;Development of the harmonized classification list of GHS.
