Abstract
The essential reason of the medium and small enterprises' financing difficulty is the asymmetric information between banks and enterprises.By eliminating the asymmetry at certain extent,SCF provides new way to solve the financing difficulty,and as the combination of finance service and logistics service,SCF has significant effect for Shanghai to promote the establishment of Four Centers,and the informationization has great counter-effects to SCF.So Shanghai must promote the informationization construction in order to development SCF.
