Abstract
To investigate the effects of oxygen sensing technology on vigor testing of rice seeds,conventional rice seeds were used for treatment,oxygen-sensing test,laboratory germination and field germination test.Priming and aging treatment significantly increased or decreased their germination and emergence ability,and promoted or inhibited seed respiration,respectively.RGT and RGR could distinguish seed vigor of conventional rice well.In general,oxygen-sensing test could rapidly screen the optimal treatment methods of seed treatment and monitor vigorous changes during seed storage in conventional rice.
