Abstract
Canada is a capitalist country with highly developed market economy. Canadian government takes serious in legislating and revising competition law for creating a justice, efficient and competitive market environment. Since the first competition legislative in 1889,Canada has created comparable perfect competition law system with its own characteristics. After the brief introduction of characteristics of Canadian competition law, this article mainly introduces the entity of the Canada competition law, namely the monopolistic practices, unfair competition practices and restricted competition practices of the Canada competition law system.
