Abstract
The Huangdi's Canon of medicine clearly states that a principle of treat flaccidity alone to take YangMing,which is also an important guiding principle for later atrophy disease treatment,but not the only principle.Doctors in later dynasties and elaborated on the knowledge of flaccidity are not consistent,even very different,compared to the component of Canon,the meaning of flaccidity,classification,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment knowledge of the times have also been developed,and innovated.Combined with modern rehabilitation medical awareness of the disease to elaborate the limitations of Yang Ming in governancing flaccidity,which to explore the applied value of treat flaccidity alone to take YangMing.It will provide important clinical significance for the rehabilitation of flaccidity disease.
