The world economics pattern change will form the intense impact inevitably to the Chinese export-orient economy.No matter is microscopic,macroscopic and the structure stratification plane,the traditional export-orient economy has not adapted the world economics pattern change.Under the background of the economic development way transforms,the export-orient economy should be rebuild from the theory,the way and the policy to constructs the new export-orient economy.
