Abstract
The law system of Canada is paricular.From view of history evolution of sports legislation,the Fitness and Amateur Sport Actestablished in 1961,and the Physical Activity and Sport Act which modified in 2003 are important regulations to encourage,improve physical activity and sports.Besides,many other regulations and rules of Canada stipulate sports market,which further develop sports law system of Canada.
