Abstract
Building double-quality teaching staff is the precondition and guarantees to improve teaching level of vocational education,and realize the training aim of higher vocational education.This paper analyzes and learns from successful experience of some advanced countries' vocational education,such as the United States,Canada,Germany,France and so on.Combined with the actual situation of Liaoning Information Vocational Technical College,it discusses the approach and method of building double-quality teaching staff.
