Abstract
In order to analyze the composition of the cost of residential construc tion, and the influence resulted from the material price of luctuation, a typical mul tistory residence building of Zhengzhou is chosen as the case. Then its total costs are accounted four times independently a ccording to Henan Building And Decorates Engineering Comprehensive Rate (2002), respectively with material prices published by the government in the second, third, fourth quarter of 2003, and the first quarter of year 2004 as the foundat ion. At last, the formation of the typical residence's cost and the influence on the building's cost from mater ial price change are analyzed. When taken the div isional project as unit to analyze the cost forming, the reinforced concrete cost the most. Take the first quarter of 2004 as an example, it takes up 47.5% (5 per cent over the original rate). The sensibility of total cost to material price depenels on its cost constitution, especially the amout of the material.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
