Optimization of corn porous starch production based response surface design

Abstract
The procedure for the production was performed with oil absorption ratio as the response. Response surface design(RSD) was applied to find the optimum parameters, which was based on one single factor experiments. The optimum hydrolytic conditions were as follows: the ratio of glucoamylase and α - amylase 8∶1, soluble solid concentration 50%, hydrolysis time 17.32 h, hydrolysis temperature 50 ℃, pH value 6, quantity of complex enzymes added 0.88%. The procedure of the production can be helpful to the factoryscale production.
