Abstract
The germination rate,conductivity and other kinds of performances of wild and cultivated Atractylodes japonica seeds were studied. The results showed that,the germination potential,the germination rate,and the germination index of cultivated Atractylodes japonica seeds were better than that of wild Atractylodes japonica seeds. The setting percentage of wild Atractylodes japonica seeds was 40. 26%,which was higher than cultivated Atractylodes japonica seeds,but there was no significant difference between them. The conductivity of wild Atractylodes japonica seeds was 151. 87 m S / cm,and there was a significant difference with cultivated Atractylodes japonica seeds.
