Abstract
Based on Shandong province transportation service to the society development demand,this article mainly selected the road transport service to public satisfaction as the research object,build and improved community satisfaction survey model( HCSI) of Shandong province road transportation service. Based on the results,a quarter of chart analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were carried out. Finally, designed and developed the social satisfaction evaluation system.
