Abstract
Typical soil shear strength parameters of the western area support project including site cut test,undisturbed soil laboratory direct shear test,undisturbed soil laboratory triaxial test,and undisturbed soil laboratory cyclic immersion test,were tested by different methods.AHP method was adopted to unify the strength parameters obtained by different test methods,and comprehensive strength parameters′ adoption principle and method were given,for the purpose of avoiding the randomness of artificial adoption and errors of tests.The result of the experiment has been applied to the support project of the reservoir area and got satisfactory achievements.Thus the research result may serve as a reference for strength parameters′ adoption of slide at reservoir area.
