Effects of UV-B Radiation and Drought on Physiology and Antioxidant Enzyme in Transgenic Rice
Bibliographic record
Abstract
A comparative study on changes of physiology and antioxidant enzyme in transgenic rice carrying glutathione-S-transferase(GST,EC.2.5.1.18) and catalase1(CAT 1,EC.1.11.1.6)and non-transgenic rice(Oryza sativa L.Zhonghua No.11) exposed to UV-B radiation stress or combined UV-B radiation and 10% PEG drought stress was conducted. The results showed that when subjected to UV-B radiation and combined UV-B radiation and drought, the shoot length, relative water content, total chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate were higher in the transgenetic rice(T) than that of non-transgenetic rice(N).The content of MDA were lower in T than that of N,and the activity of GST,CAT,SOD,APX in the shoots of T was higher than that of N.The results indicated that the expression of GST and CAT in the transgenic rice resulted in increased tolerance to UV and drought stress. Moreover, under this experiment condition, less damage was observed in the combined UV-B radiation and drought(especially under strong radiation) treated rice than that of single UV-B radiation treated one.It implied that drought stress relieived ultraviolet stress to certain degree, especially in transgenetic rice.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
