Abstract
This paper described analysis to malfunction and processing system of external circuit in Diesel Locomotive Controllers(DLC) applied to Dongfeng 5D locomotives.All the reasons resulting in malfunction are analyzed and discussed in details.Thus the inspector can be familiar with the effects of all external circuit of DLC on circuit board,then determine easily and remove the failures.This system may have a wide application because rate of failure is reduced greatly and the circuit board is protected effectively.
