Abstract
Since the implementation of the EU laws and regulations,green tires are increasing widespread attention.No environmental friendly accelerator NOBS plays an important role in the tire industry. The carcass compound used environmentally friendly DCBS instead of NOBS was studied. After using accelerator DCBS,the phycial properties and adhesion properties were similiar as the NOBS compound,at the same time the process safety of compound was improved.Research showed that the DCBS can completely replace the NOBS used in green tire.
