Study on Virus-free Seed Microtuber Production with Different Number of Nodal Segment and Age of Plantlet in Culturing of Potato Varieties Zhong 5 and E1
Bibliographic record
Abstract
In order to obtain key parameters for effective production of microtuber of Zhong shu 5 hao(zhong 5) and E-malingshu 1 hao(E1),two varieties of potato widely popularized in faming, referential data such as microtubules number per box, numbers of large and small tuber, average weight of tuber etc.under different seedling conditions and plant ages were studied using the virus-free plantlets of the varieties by 4 treatments with 20,30,40 and 50 single nodal segments per culturing box and by 2 treatments with culture durations of 4w and 5w for the plantlets separately. The results showed that 40 single-node segments per box and the 4w of basis plants are appropriate parameters to achieve higher productivity with low cost in factory production of microtuber for zhong 5and E1.In addition, the comparative study on cultivation of the late pollution and non-pollution was conducted and the result suggested that preventing pollution is an important issue,so more attention should be paid in operation and management in the course of large-scale production of microtuber.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
