Abstract
The unique gist for Canadian ruling party and government leaders to achieve the political legitimacy is by way of electing the party in power and government.In recent sessions of the Canadian federal election,young voters turnout continuing to run down has aroused wide concern.The reasons for their unpolling mainly are their doubt about the election value,lacking of confidence in the national political situation,the age-related a characteristics and insufficient preparation for the election.More importantly,the abuse of the system itself and the flaws of political structures result in young people's alienation and indifference.If not reformed or adjusted,it is difficult to change the situation.As almost an universal system in modern democratic countries,in spite of varied content,the study on the matter of young people's election has broad reference significance.
