Abstract
Objective To further understand the classification and therapeutic principle of hip periprosthetic fracture, and to observe the early clinical effect. Methods Hip periprosthetic fracture was treated with locking plate, locking plate plus titanium cable or titanium cable plus long tubular allograft bone. The fixing method, clinical efficacy and X-ray data were evaluated. Results According to the Vancouver classification: 1 case in type A, 5 cases in type B, 3 cases in type C. 9 cases of patients achieved satisfactory result with operation treatment. Conclusion Hip periprosthetic fracture is a serious complication affecting artificial hip replacement surgery. The correct classification and intraoperative treatment is the key to treatment.
