Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Tianzhi Granule in the treatment of cognition disorder after acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 120 cases with cognition disorder after acute cerebral infarction(ACI) were randomly divided into Tianzhi Granule group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases).3 months were a treatment course for two groups.The cognitive of two groups were assessed by the Chinese version of montreal cognitive assessment scale(moCA) before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the scores of MoCA in the two groups after treatment were higher,and there were significant difference in the scores of MoCA(excepting the item of delayed recall) of Tianzhi Granule group(P 0.05);there were not significant difference in the scores of MoCA(the items of delayed recall and direction) of control group(P 0.05);there were significant difference in the scores of MoCA(excepting the items of delayed recall and abstract) after treatment between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Tianzhi Granule can improve the cognition disorder after ACI.
