Taking Xianfeng sweet cherry fruit as material,the preservation effects of different SO2 preservative treatments(half of SO2 quick release preservative paper treatment,a quarter of SO2 quick release preservative paper treatment,six packets of SO2preservation plate treatment,and a quarter of SO2quick release preservative paper + three packets of SO2 preservation plate treatment) were studied.The results showed that,storaged at 0 ℃ with the MAP package(weight 5 kg) for 60 days,the Xianfeng sweet cherry which treated with a quarter of SO2 quick release preservative paper + three packets of SO2 preservation plate showed good color,fresh green stems,slightly drug injury,its decay rate was significantly lower than the control(P0.05),and its commodity fruit rate could more than 90%.
