Abstract
Germination Characteristics of Astragalus adsurgens Pall Seeds was explored on fators of water,temperature,light,salt and alkaline stress,chemicals(KNO3、penicilin and GA3).The result indicted that:The optical humidity for Astragalus adsurgens Pall germination was 10%-20%.The most suitable temperature was 15-20 ℃.Light、penicilin and GA3 had no obvious effect on the seeds.The seeds had strong tolerant to salt and alkaline stress,it could sprout under 30 mmol/L NaOH stress and 100 mmol/L NaCl stress.Proper concentration(100 mg/L)KNO3 seed-socking could improve quantity,speed and quanlity of seed germination,but GA3 and penicilin had no significant effects on seed germination.
