Abstract
The seed chemical compositions was carried on determining and analysing on resources' protein,fat and fatty acid of 22 sweet buckwheat idioplasm came from different areas in this research.The result indicated that the variation scope was small during tested idioplasms.After cluster analysis,22 buckwheat idioplasms was to be possible to divide into 2 kinds,The first kind had high content of crude protein,fat,Fe,and the second kind had high content of VE,Se,VP.The content of saturated fatty acid(stearic acid) was obviously lower than the unsaturated fatty acid content(palmitic acid and oleic acid) in all the tested materials;The correlation analysis indicated that the relevance was also extremely remarkable and the protein positively related with gluten nature.
