Abstract
Current control and detection systems for arrayed-electrode electrophoresis chip are not portable.The paper put forward a system using C8051F020,a Micro Control Unit from Cygnal.The electrodes were controlled through relay network.The detection module was built on the basis of TI's MSC1210,a 24 bit A/D converter.The detection precision improved greatly after the ratiometric method was used.The basic control and detection of electrophoresis process can be accomplished by this novel miniature device.
