Abstract
Asian countries have already realized the inevitability and necessity of regional integration and the cooperation in the Asian region becomes increasingly close. Building a regional Asian community has been attracting more and more attention. From the experience of regional international organization, a highly effective framework organization system is one of the important factors for regional cooperation and development. This paper discusses the relevant organizational legal problems and development path of the Asian community based on the experience of EU and NAFTA and the actual situation of Asia. It is proposed that the Asian community should start with a breakthrough in some fields towards an integration of the region and a lose cooperation towards a tight union between the countries and improve their legislation and legalization for heightened fairness and reasonableness.
