Abstract
Effects of Cadmium on seed germination and protein content of mung bean were studied.The results showed that it can't affect the getmination percentage when Cd~(2+) concentration is lower than 20mg/L and it can't affect the getmination indexes when Cd~(2+) concentration is lower than 10mg/L.Compare to Contrast,those indexes which include vitality index,germination energy,protease activity and free amino acid will increase,at the same time,the index from protein content decrease along with Cd~(2+) contentration increasing.
