Abstract
Based on the per capital GDP, this paper divides the stage of economic development of China, Japan,South Korea and Singapore,and then empirically analyzes the effects of total import and export volume on employment in the two stages. It also comparatively studies the effects of foreign trade on employment in Japan,Korea and Singapore. It finally attempts to put forward policy recommendations for the development of foreign trade and employment.
