Abstract
The Chinese building industry featuring the dwelling house construction is one of heavy energy consumption and serious pollution.It should bear the major responsibility for destroying Chinese ecological environment.Therefor,when the development of the 21st century Chinese residential construction is considered,the traditional mode must be abandoned,the green ecological residence quarter should be built,so as to make the Chinese building industry turn to a green way of sustainable development.
